Standard translation service procedure:

DIALOGUE provides translation services strictly in compliance with the requirements of European standard EN 15038.

- Upon the assignment of the project, the quotation and the deadline are specified as well as the client’s specific requirements, such as reference documents or consultants, methods of delivery of the finalized translation, which are documented in the virtual file of the assignment. This file is attached to the project throughout the translation process.

- a project manager is named, to constantly monitor the work, a translator and reviser(s) are selected, and the schedule for the completion of the individual stages is set.

- after the reviser(s) evaluate(s) the translation and introduce(s) his/her revision notes, the quality manager checks the translations for the observance of the client’s specific requirements, technical layout, etc.

- Only then can the project manager give his/her permission for the delivery of the translation to the client. He/she is responsible also for the feedback, and the client’s assessment of the completed project is documented in the project’s file and is used in the evaluation of the company’s work as a whole as well as the respective translator and reviser(s).

Specific translation services:

MATCHING TRANSLATION. Especially for the translation of catalogues, technical and maintenance manuals, specialized corporate documents, DIALOGUE provides matching translation; in this case the translation is identical with the original and includes all graphs and images with their captions or text boxes.

SWORN TRANSLATION. Under Contract № 240/95-00-150/2001, DIALOGUE is authorised to offer sworn translation, certified at the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

COPIES, BOOKBINDING. Upon the client’s request, the company can make up to 10 copies of the finalized translation and offers binding with spiral coils or in another way. In larger circulation, documents are printed out at our publishing business.

CONSULTANCY. We will have the pleasure to provide consultancy to you – of course, free of charge, and you do not make any commitments thereof. You can contact us in relation to all issues concerning the translation of you current and future projects.

SAMPLE TRANSLATION. You can benefit from the free-of-charge opportunity to check the quality offered by DIALOGUE. Email us at dialog@dialog-bg.com a sample text (within 1,800 characters/ 260 words = 1 page, including graphs, tables, etc) with the note “For free-of-charge sample translation”. It will be translated for free within the shortest deadline. You do not assume any obligations thereof.

Confidentiality and archiving:

DIALOGUE guarantees that it will guard your company or trade secret. All translators and interpreters at DIALOGUE have signed a non-disclosure agreement. Unless our clients have requested something else, as a rule, all originals and copies of the translated version are archived and deleted at the end of the year, but not earlier than six months from their delivery to the client. Upon the client’s request, we can take special precautions to protect the information or to immediately delete all originals, reference documents and translations.
